[It is] no different than [it is] when we tell people that if there are sparks flying in the workplace where workers have to wear a mask, that\u2019s no different in my mind than this,\u201d she said. \u201cSo this is not a vaccine mandate. There are costs and deaths and other things countervailing to the fact that there might be 1 to 3 percent of workers who leave.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Supreme Court in late December announced it would hear oral arguments on January 7 in appeals against both OSHA\u2019s vaccine mandate and the Centers for Medicare &amp; Medicaid Services\u2019 (CMS) coronavirus&nbsp;vaccine <a title=\"This external link will open in a new window\" href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/12\/22\/supreme-court-hear-challenges-biden-osha-healthcare-worker-vaccine-mandates\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">mandate<\/a> for healthcare workers.<\/p>\n<p>Out of Biden\u2019s five federal coronavirus vaccine mandates, the mandate for large businesses, issued by OSHA, is the largest and impacts 84 million workers.<\/p>\n<p>The application&nbsp;is&nbsp;<i>NFIB v.
