But COVID as we\u2019re dealing with it now is not here to stay.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>Biden spoke to reporters on Friday after a White House speech on the disappointing jobs numbers in December.
