On Thursday, he criticized Brazil\u2019s health minister\u2019s plan to inoculate kids aged five to 11.<\/p>\n<p>In an interview with the president, who is open about not being vaccinated himself, he said his 11-year-old daughter would not be vaccinated due to unknown side effects.<\/p>\n<p>Bolsonaro also said if the government truly cared about people\u2019s health, they would be worried about other diseases. He stressed the vaccination would not be mandated.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p><strong>\u201cThe vaccine doesn\u2019t guarantee you can\u2019t get the virus, the vaccine doesn\u2019t guarantee you can get the virus,\u201d Bolsonaro stated. \u201cJust as it doesn\u2019t say anything about whether you\u2019re safe from dying or not.
