Look, what was remarkable to me about it is we went a year without him responding to this. He wanted to stay above this. And a lot of people thought this, that if you ignore some of the craziest rantings of the former president, maybe he\u2019ll fade away. Maybe this will wear itself out. One year later, that\u2019s not the case. That\u2019s why this president of the United States, Joe Biden, had to do what he did. He had to do it for history\u2019s sake.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>He added, \u201cI think this was probably easily the most important speech he\u2019s given as president, and I think it\u2019s his best. I\u2019ll tell you this.&nbsp;You think that speech was&nbsp;partisan. Then you believe the&nbsp;former president\u2019s lies.&nbsp;It\u2019s only a partisan speech if&nbsp;you think there\u2019s somehow a&nbsp;truthful dispute here.
