Sen. Mark Warner (D-Va.), Sen. Mazie Hirono (D-Hawaii) and Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.) introduced that bill Friday.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">NEW: Big Section 230 bill out from <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/MarkWarner?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@MarkWarner<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/maziehirono?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@maziehirono<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/amyklobuchar?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@amyklobuchar<\/a>. It creates new carveouts in the law designed to protect civil rights and defend against other specific online harms.
