The poll showed that 67 percent of conservatives and of 67 percent of Donald Trump\u2019s 2020 voters said the issue was very important to them.<\/p>\n<p>Overall, almost <a href=\"https:\/\/www.realclearpolitics.com\/epolls\/other\/president-biden-job-approval-immigration-7359.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">two-thirds<\/a> of the public oppose the loose-border, low-wage immigration policies implemented by Biden\u2019s homeland security appointees. The policy disaster has caused Biden\u2019s political aides to tighten oversight of the unpopular and risky pro-migration policies adopted by the Department of Homeland Security.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>The YouGov poll result comes as pro-migration progressives and <a href=\"https:\/\/saportareport.com\/congress-must-pass-immigration-relief-now-to-unite-communities-raise-economic-growth\/columnists\/david\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">business advocates<\/a> are urging the Democrats\u2019 Senate leadership to revive the Build Back Better bill and its hidden migration giveaways.<\/p>\n<p>Todd Schulte, the president of the FWD.us investor advocacy group, <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/iSheyman\/status\/1478402372003115009?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">retweeted<\/a> a January 4 claim that a new poll shows \u201c<span class=\"r-18u37iz\"><a class=\"css-4rbku5 css-18t94o4 css-901oao css-16my406 r-1cvl2hr r-1loqt21 r-poiln3 r-bcqeeo r-qvutc0\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/BuildBackBetterAct?src=hashtag_click\">#BuildBackBetterAct<\/a><\/span><span class=\"css-901oao css-16my406 r-poiln3 r-bcqeeo r-qvutc0\"> remains overwhelmingly popular. It\u2019s time to deliver for jobs, care, climate and immigration.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"css-901oao css-16my406 r-poiln3 r-bcqeeo r-qvutc0\">But the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dataforprogress.org\/blog\/2022\/1\/4\/majority-of-voters-still-want-the-build-back-better-act-passed\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cited poll<\/a> by&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"css-901oao css-16my406 r-poiln3 r-bcqeeo r-qvutc0\">Data for Progress did not reveal any data about the public\u2019s opinion on the BBB migration measures.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Data for Progress conducted a survey of 1,207 likely voters from December 23 to 25, 2021, to once again test attitudes toward the Build Back Better Act, as passed by the House of Representatives on November 19. Despite key senators holding up the passage of this legislation, it remains as supported as ever among voters. As we have previously found, time and time again, the package and each of its provisions are very popular, even after voters are told how they are paid for.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Those BBB giveaways include an amnesty for 6.5 million, as well as new rules to help the Fortune 500 companies&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2021\/10\/29\/democrats-migration-bill-rewards-hiring-discrimination-against-us-graduates\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hire an uncapped number of foreign graduates<\/a>&nbsp;instead of American graduates. It also includes a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/11\/19\/cbo-joe-bidens-bill-will-invite-millions-of-new-migrants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dramatic acceleration of chain migration<\/a>&nbsp;into the United States, regardless of the damaging impact on Americans\u2019 wages, family finances, and housing prices.<\/p>\n<p>A BBB \u201cdeal has more potential to quickly juice Biden\u2019s poll numbers than anything else on the horizon within his control,\u201d said a January 4 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dataforprogress.org\/blog\/2022\/1\/3\/build-back-better-can-build-back-bidens-job-approval\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">article<\/a> from Bill Scher, a progressive author at the <em>Washington Monthly<\/em>.&nbsp;\u201cA turnaround is critical to avoid a midterm election wipeout,\u201d says Scher, who did not mention the bill\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dataforprogress.org\/blog\/2022\/1\/3\/build-back-better-can-build-back-bidens-job-approval\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">unpopular immigration<\/a>&nbsp;sections.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B3\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>Many&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/tag\/immigration-poll\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">polls show<\/a>&nbsp;that Americans want to like immigrants and immigration. But the&nbsp;<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/duckduckgo.com\/?q=site%3Abreitbart.com+neil+munro+lankford+Immigration&amp;atb=v302-1__&amp;ia=web\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">bipartisan<\/a>&nbsp;federal government has exploited that openness since 1990 to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/tag\/extraction-migration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">extract tens of millions of migrants<\/a>&nbsp;from poor countries&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/12\/20\/census-biden-drives-up-foreign-born-population-across-swing-states\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">to boost U.S. businesses<\/a>&nbsp;as workers, consumers, and renters.<\/p>\n<p>That <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2021\/12\/20\/washington-post-low-wage-employers-struggle-after-cheap-labor-bubble\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">economic strategy<\/a> is href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2020\/07\/11\/president-trump-wins-big-on-secret-meatpacking-robots\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">productivity<\/a>, shrinks their political&nbsp;<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?q=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.breitbart.com+%22john+binder%22+%22demographic+change%22&amp;rlz=1C5CHFA_enUS946US946&amp;oq=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.breitbart.com+%22john+binder%22+%22demographic+change%22&amp;aqs=chrome..69i57j69i58.10228j0j4&amp;sourceid=chrome&amp;ie=UTF-8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">clout<\/a>, widens&nbsp;regional wealth&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/08\/13\/zuckerbergs-data-says-amnesty-gives-economic-windfall-coastal-democratic-states\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">gaps<\/a>,&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">temporary<\/a>&nbsp;contract workers&nbsp;into jobs sought by young U.S. graduates.<\/p>\n<p>This&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2021\/03\/05\/survey-americans-underestimate-quiet-public-opposition-to-legal-migration\/\" target=\"_blank\"
