The team arrived following a lead from investigators regarding an area near the apartment complex where the girl lived with her parents.<\/p>\n<p>San Antonio police officials announced the FBI\u2019s Underwater Search and Evidence Response Team flew to the Alamo City on Tuesday to use their technology to help find Lina Khil. The little girl disappeared from the Villas Del Cabo apartment complex on December 20, KSAT <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ksat.com\/news\/local\/2022\/01\/04\/san-antonio-police-chief-to-provide-update-on-search-for-missing-3-year-old-lina-khil\/\">reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n[embedded content]\n<p>San Antonio Police Chief William McManus told reported on Tuesday afternoon there have been no underwater searches prior to the dive team\u2019s arrival, the local news outlet stated. The team will utilize technology to search an area as a result of information developed by investigators.<\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-bdVaJa dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-2 cynzxG\">\u201cWe don\u2019t want to leave anything to chance,\u201d the chief told reporters.&nbsp;\u201cWe\u2019ll go as far as we need to go to satisfy the lead that we\u2019re looking at.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p class=\"sc-bdVaJa dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-2 cynzxG\">&nbsp;The video above shows search efforts along the bank of what appears to be a creek. Police officials continue to treat the investigation as a missing-person case, KENS CBS5 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kens5.com\/article\/news\/local\/public-safety\/lina-sardar-khil-search-san-antonio-girl-police-amber-alert\/273-5d188a6d-112c-4cc7-b33f-55eb4d02cbdf\">reported<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-bdVaJa dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-2 cynzxG\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-19362706\" src=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/lina-sardar-khil10241024_1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"620\" height=\"575\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-bdVaJa dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-2 cynzxG\">Searchers spent the holiday weekends searching through green belts and other outdoor areas in an effort to find any clues to the missing girl\u2019s whereabouts. In the meantime, groups put together $150,000 in reward money for information leading to finding the missing child.<\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-bdVaJa dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-2 cynzxG\">\u201cAnything we get that has any kind of potential at all, we\u2019re following it up,\u201d Chief McManus concluded. \u201cI wish there was more uplifting information I could give you to at least provide some hope.
