Our media could not be less interested in Jeffrey Epstein\u2019s child molestation ring and, with the sole exception of the Palm Beach Police Department, every arm of government has bent over backward to bury the case.<\/p>\n<p>(Who says our media and government can\u2019t work together?)<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>The jury\u2019s courageous delivery last week of five \u201cguilty\u201d verdicts against Epstein\u2019s pimp, Ghislaine Maxwell, was a sort of reverse jury nullification. (Elizabeth Williams via AP)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>As for media coverage, did you even know that the FBI found Epstein\u2019s cache of sex tapes labeled \u201c(name of underage girl) + (name of VIP)\u201d \u2014&nbsp;<em>and then lost them?<\/em><\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>Immediately after Epstein\u2019s arrest at Teterboro Airport in July 2019, the FBI executed a search warrant on his New York mansion. Following a daylong search, agents discovered a hidden safe in the closet of a fifth-floor dressing room, used a saw to break into it, and found an enormous collection of photos of naked girls, and CDs of the girls apparently having sex with influential men.<\/p>\n<p>Then, the agents left \u2014 abandoning the photos and CDs, with Epstein\u2019s employees free to wander about the place. As Kelly Maguire, FBI special agent in charge of the search, explained during Maxwell\u2019s trial, they only had a warrant to&nbsp;<em>search<\/em>&nbsp;the house, but not to&nbsp;<em>remove<\/em>&nbsp;evidence \u2014 evidence at the heart of the entire sex trafficking scheme.<\/p>\n<p>It didn\u2019t occur to Maguire to leave a single agent behind to guard the CDs? How about the intern who just gets coffee?<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll never guess what happened next.<\/p>\n<p>The CDs and photographs disappeared. By the time the FBI returned with a new warrant \u2014 four days later \u2014 to remove the CDs and photos, they were gone. Later, after a few phone calls, Epstein\u2019s lawyer, Richard Kahn, \u201creturned\u201d the cache in two suitcases.&nbsp;<em>I had no idea they were important! I was just tidying up!<\/em><\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B3\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>Were the videos tampered with? Were all of the photos returned? Who knows!<\/p>\n<p>This was testified to by Special Agent Maguire.&nbsp;<em>That\u2019s the last time I trust the lawyer of a pedophile! Boy, is my face red! Darn it! \u2026 Oh well, what are you going to do?<\/em><\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>(Before moving on, let\u2019s take a moment to honor the historic appointment of Kelly Maguire as FBI special agent. (AP Photo\/Elizabeth Williams)<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B4\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p>The reason the tapes are kind of important is that it was perfectly clear \u2014 certainly by 2019 \u2014 that Epstein had no legitimate source of income to fund his Caligula lifestyle, and further, that he was farming out underage girls for sex to the rich and powerful \u2014 with hidden cameras running everywhere. It sure looked like his underage sex ring was a blackmail\/kompromat operation.<\/p>\n<p>Obviously, the most important question is:&nbsp;<em>On behalf of whom?<\/em>&nbsp;The tapes of \u201c(underage girl) + (important person)\u201d would have gone a long way toward answering that. What did the search warrant specify, if not videos and photographs?<\/p>\n<p>If I didn\u2019t know better, I might think that those in power don\u2019t want us to know anything about Epstein\u2019s sex-trafficking operation.<\/p>\n<p>As further evidence that there is ABSOLUTELY NO COVER-UP: The <em>New York Times<\/em> has never breathed a single word about the CDs lost in the FBI\u2019s botched search. Nor has the <em>Washington Post<\/em>. Nor the <em>Chicago Tribune<\/em>. Nor the <em>Los Angeles Times<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Wait \u2014 I\u2019ll make this easier. Here\u2019s a list of all the major U.S. newspapers that&nbsp;<em>did<\/em>&nbsp;report on Maguire\u2019s breathtaking revelation:<\/p>\n<p>1) The<em> Miami Herald<\/em><br \/>2) The <em>New York Post<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The end.<\/p>\n<p>Oddly, media in the rest of the world seemed to find Maguire\u2019s testimony about the vanishing CDs somewhat more newsworthy. The story of the missing tapes was covered \u2014&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.telegraph.co.uk\/world-news\/2021\/12\/07\/ghislaine-maxwell-news-trial-latest-live-jeffrey-epstein-mansion\/\">repeatedly<\/a>&nbsp;\u2014 in the&nbsp;<em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.telegraph.co.uk\/world-news\/2021\/12\/07\/inside-jeffrey-epsteins-house-sin-sketches-ghislaine-maxwell\/\">Daily Telegraph<\/a><\/em>&nbsp;(London),&nbsp;the <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.independent.co.uk\/news\/world\/americas\/crime\/jeffrey-epstein-ghislaine-maxwell-new-york-fbi-b1971344.html\">Independent<\/a>&nbsp;<\/em>(United Kingdom),&nbsp;the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pressreader.com\/ireland\/irish-daily-mail\/20211208\/281883006633103\"><em>Daily Mail<\/em><\/a>&nbsp;(Ireland), <em>Economic News<\/em> (Russia) and the&nbsp;<em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/article-10284135\/Jeffrey-Epstein-kept-trove-CDs-nude-photos-77million-New-York-City-townhouse.html\">Daily Mail<\/a><\/em>&nbsp;(U.K.), among others.<\/p>\n<p>The totally not-a-cover-up gets weirder and weirder.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_19378962\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-19378962\" src=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/epstein-homes.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">This collage shows a few of accused child sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein\u2019s lavish residences around the world. Did the IRS decide in this case,&nbsp;<em>Well, he may be a committed and energetic pedophile, but as far as we know, he\u2019s a conscientious taxpayer!<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Similarly, there are vague claims that he made his money from \u201cinvestments.\u201d The SEC wasn\u2019t the least bit interested in finding out how he got this rich from secretive \u201cinvestment\u201d services?<\/p>\n<p>And this: Epstein spent decades aggressively cultivating&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/article-9664921\/Epsteins-hypnotic-hold-Victorias-Secret-billionaire-Les-Wexner.html\">powerful<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/article-9863047\/Bill-Gates-admits-spending-time-Jeffrey-Epstein-huge-mistake.html\">important<\/a>&nbsp;men, quite a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/news\/article-1361039\/Prince-Andrew-girl-17-sex-offender-friend-flew-Britain-meet-him.html\">few<\/a>&nbsp;from&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/video\/dailymailtv\/video-1966838\/Netanyahu-challenger-Ehud-Barak-seen-Epsteins-mansion.html\">foreign<\/a>&nbsp;countries \u2014 evidently taping all their activities. Why wasn\u2019t the CIA concerned? Couldn\u2019t he have sold dirt on U.S. politicians to foreign intel agencies?<\/p>\n<p>Finally, it\u2019s odd that our government wasn\u2019t concerned about how much blackmail material Epstein had gathered on high-level U.S. officials. Doesn\u2019t the FBI try to prevent that sort of situation? Or the Secret Service?<\/p>\n<p>How was it that all these agencies let Epstein keep up his activities for so long?<\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s much more to this story.
