These include Hannity\u2019s communications with Trump, former White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, and Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH):<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<blockquote>\n<p>For example, on December 31, 2020, you texted Mr. Meadows the following:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe can\u2019t lose the entire WH counsels office. I do NOT see January 6 happening the way he is being told. After the 6 th. [sic] He should announce will lead the nationwide effort to reform voting integrity. Go to Fl and watch Joe mess up daily. Stay engaged. When he speaks people will listen.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Among many other things, this text suggests that you had knowledge of concerns by President Trump\u2019s White House Counsel\u2019s Office regarding the legality of the former President\u2019s plans for January 6th. These facts are directly relevant to our inquiry.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div id=\"attachment_19065570\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/media.breitbart.com\/media\/2021\/12\/January-6-committee-Getty-e1639062896108.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-19065570\" src=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/January-6-committee-Getty-1024x766-1.jpg\" alt=\"January 6 committee (Drew Angerer \/ Getty)\" width=\"653\" height=\"489\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Rep. (Photo by Drew Angerer\/Getty Images)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>The panel also said Hannity appears to have \u201cdetailed knowledge regarding President Trump\u2019s state of mind in the days following the January 6th attack\u201d:<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Additionally, you appear also to have detailed knowledge regarding President Trump\u2019s state of mind in the days following the January 6th attack. For example, you appear to have had a discussion with President Trump on January 10th that may have raised a number of specific concerns about his possible actions in the days before the January 20th inaugural. You wrote to Mark Meadows and Congressman Jordan:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGuys, we have a clear path to land the plane in 9 days. He can\u2019t mention the election again. Ever. I did not have a good call with him today. And worse, I\u2019m not sure what is left to do or say, and I don\u2019t like not knowing if it\u2019s truly understood. Ideas?\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Last month, Meadows&nbsp;<a class=\"editor-rtfLink\" href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/12\/08\/mark-meadows-sues-nancy-pelosi-and-every-member-of-january-6-committee-unconstitutional\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sued<\/a>&nbsp;every member of the January 6 committee, arguing that it is unconstitutionally usurping executive branch authority.<\/p>\n<p>According to the letter, the panel\u2019s questions are limited to Hannity\u2019s text messages. It will not seek information about Hannity\u2019s broadcast or political affiliation.
