Oral arguments were scheduled to occur Tuesday over the challenge.<\/p>\n<p>In late 2019, Prince Andrew told BBC Newsnight that he never had sex with Giuffre, saying, \u201cIt didn\u00b4t happen.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>He said he has \u201cno recollection\u201d of ever meeting her.<\/p>\n<p>The interview was widely panned by critics who said Andrew seemed insensitive to Epstein\u00b4s victims.
