The former mayor\u2019s eight years in office ended Dec. 31, as mayor-elect <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/11\/04\/nyc-eric-adams-revisit-vaccine-mandate-unions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Eric Adams<\/a> was welcomed into his new mayoral position.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLet me tell you something, watching Mayor de Blasio do his victory lap dance after four years of the crappiest term of the mayor of New York,\u201d Cohen said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDon\u2019t go on a rant. Is this how you want to start the New Year?\u201d Cooper interrupted. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/09\/03\/mayor-bill-de-blasio-hints-run-governor-2022\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(RELATED: De Blasio Hints That He Would Consider Run For New York Governor)&nbsp;<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe only thing that Democrats and the Republicans can agree on is what a horrible mayor he has been. The host said de Blasio needs \u201cto do something with this city\u201d moments after he and Cooper drank tequila shots.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat\u2019s how I felt when I saw Mayor de Blasio dancing just now,\u201d Cohen said. \u201cI just don\u2019t need to see that at the beginning of 2021. Do something with this city! Honestly, get it together!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A June NY1\/Ipsos <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ny1.com\/nyc\/all-boroughs\/politics\/2021\/06\/11\/bill-de-blasio-approval-ratings-june-2021-ny1-ipsos-poll\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">poll<\/a> found that 47% of New Yorkers disapproved of de Blasio\u2019s job performance, while 37% approved. The poll surveyed 3,249 city residents between May 17-31 with a 2.4% margin of error.
