I\u2019m about the racing side.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Yahoo Sports\u2019 report continued:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Thursday, Brown announced a sponsorship for his car from LGBCoin, a cryptocurrency with \u201cno intrinsic value\u201d that\u2019s attempting to profit off of the slogan.<\/p>\n<p>In November, NASCAR president Steve Phelps said that it was an \u201cunfortunate situation\u201d that the euphemism took off. NASCAR has the right to not approve any sponsorships and, as Fox Sports reported \u2026 the team said NASCAR approved it.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Update: NASCAR says it has not yet approved the scheme. All paint schemes must be approved. Sponsorship needs to go through a formal process, which has not yet occurred.
