The motion to dismiss the charges noted the defendant had completed 30 hours of community service.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Male to female trans <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Antifa?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Antifa<\/a> rioter Joshua &#8220;Eva&#8221; Warner, who was federally charged over assaulting officers in August 2020, had her case dismissed after completing just 30 hours of community service. Warner was arrested &amp; quickly released at multiple Portland antifa riots. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/BtHlk5yCRz\">pic.twitter.com\/BtHlk5yCRz<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Andy Ng\u00f4 \ud83c\udff3\ufe0f\u200d\ud83c\udf08 (@MrAndyNgo) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/MrAndyNgo\/status\/1475240788573528072?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">December 26, 2021<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cEva\u201d Warner, also <a href=\"https:\/\/www.justice.gov\/usao-or\/pr\/beaverton-woman-charged-civil-disorder-after-targeting-police-officers-high-powered-laser\">known<\/a> as \u201cJoshua\u201d Warner, of Beaverton, Oregon, was charged on September 2 with felony civil disorder in connection to an August 8, 2020 Antifa riot in Portland. It was alleged that he pointed a \u201chigh-powered, green laser&nbsp;into the eyes of numerous law enforcement officers attempting to disperse the riot,\u201d according to the Justice Department.<\/p>\n<p>Court documents stated officers with Oregon State Police informed the Portland Police Bureau\u2019s Rapid Response team that Warner was pointing the laser in officers\u2019 eyes, per the Justice Department.<\/p>\n<p>Warner resisted arrest, which resulted in officers using force to apprehend him, according to the Justice Department, citing previous court documents. Officers discovered \u201ca black, pen-style laser pointer on Warner\u2019s person.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>Warner was arrested at the riot and charged with \u201cintentionally obstructing, impeding, interfering with law enforcement officers engaged in official duties,\u201d Fox News <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/us\/portland-antifa-rioter-charged-assaulting-police-case-dismissed-30-hours-community-service\">reports<\/a>. The charges were all misdemeanors and he was later <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.vn\/npItV\">released<\/a> without bail.<\/p>\n<p>Days later, Warner was arrested again. On August 15, 2020, he was <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.vn\/J6qGP\">booked<\/a> for second-degree criminal mischief and was released on his own recognizance. Fox News reports the arrest stemmed from another riot.<\/p>\n<p>Later in the month, the Antifa rioter was taken into custody yet again. Records show \u201cJosh\u201d Warner was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.portlandoregon.gov\/police\/news\/read.cfm?id=261128\">arrested<\/a> for interfering with a peace officer and disorderly conduct in the second degree at an August 22 riot in Portland. Again, he was <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.vn\/Q7B1b\">released<\/a> without bail on his own recognizance.<\/p>\n<p>On September 2, 2020, the U.S. Marshals arrested Warner without incident at a southeast Portland apartment during a federal investigation, according to the Justice Department. Warner was charged \u201cby criminal complaint with civil disorder, a felony,\u201d and appeared in court the following day. He was released pending further court proceedings and faced a maximum of five years in prison if convicted.<\/p>\n<p>On December 21, 2021,&nbsp;<span>Acting U.S. Attorney for the District of Portland Scott Erik Asphaug moved to dismiss the case with prejudice, \u201cin the best interests of justice,\u201d citing Warner\u2019s compliance with \u201cthe Deferred Resolution Agreement, including performing at least 30 hours of community service,\u201d according to a copy of the document obtained by Fox news.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cThe next day, U.S. District Court Judge Michael H.
