What do you think on that point?\u201d Shapiro asked.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cYou know, I think any \u2013 we consider all policy, you know, potential in policy,\u201d Walensky began, explaining that the CDC is focused on getting as many people as possible vaccinated:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Here\u2019s what I know. I know that the CDC strongly recommends vaccination for everyone. I know that the CDC strongly recommends boosting for everyone who is eligible. And I do know that if you are in the hospital now, you\u2019re 17 times more likely to be unvaccinated than vaccinated. If you are a fatality case right now, quite sadly, you are 20% \u2013 20-fold less likely to be boosted compared to somebody who is boosted.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>\u201cSo right now, what we\u2019re talking about is ways to get people vaccinated,\u201d she continued, admitting such a requirement has been a \u201ctopic of conversation\u201d but adding it is \u201cnot something we\u2019re revisiting right now.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Their remarks <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/clips\/2021\/12\/26\/fauci-vaccine-requirement-for-domestic-air-travel-would-be-welcome\/\">follow<\/a> Dr. Anthony Fauci\u2019s admission that a vaccine requirement for domestic air travel \u201cwould be welcome.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen you make vaccination a requirement, that\u2019s another incentive to get more people vaccinated,\u201d he <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/news\/fauci-us-should-consider-vaccine-mandate-for-us-air-travel-2\/\">said<\/a> during an appearance on MSNBC on Monday.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span>\u201cIf you want to do that with domestic flights, I think that\u2019s something that seriously should be considered,\u201d he added.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Director Rochelle Walensky on Tuesday said public health officials \u201cconsider all policy,\u201d when asked about a potential vaccine mandate for domestic flights.
