Kenosha detectives traveled to the address on Tuesday and discovered another man had rented the apartment and had been living there since mid-December.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cHe posted no money so he has no financial stake in the bond,\u201d the prosecutors wrote. \u201cHe is already facing the most serious possible criminal charges and life in prison, so in comparison, potential future criminal penalties are insignificant.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>According to online court records, Mark Richards, Rittenhouse\u2019s attorney, filed a motion objecting to the prosecutors\u2019 request.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Regarding his<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcchicago.com\/news\/local\/prosecutors-seek-arrest-warrant-for-kyle-rittenhouse-call-for-higher-bond\/2428647\/?_osource=SocialFlowTwt_CHBrand\"><span>original charges<\/span><\/a><span>, \u201c<\/span><span>prosecutors allege [Rittenhouse] had responded to a militia\u2019s call to protect businesses in Kenosha and opened fire on three men, killing Joseph Rosenbaum and Anthony Huber and wounding Gaige Grosskreutz.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cI feel I had to protect myself,\u201d Rittenhouse said in November. \u201cI would have died that night if I didn\u2019t.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em>The Daily Wire is one of America\u2019s fastest-growing conservative media companies and counter-cultural outlets for news, opinion, and entertainment.
