This time by a spokesperson for President Trump.<\/p>\n<p>In his lawsuit filed in Washington Trump spokesman Taylor Budowich says the Democrat controlled panel is using deceptive tactics trying to ambush its targets.<\/p>\n<p>H e points out the committee held just one public hearing and it\u2019s mostly working through private depositions seeking to improperly obtain private records.<\/p>\n<p>Budowich adds that he had cooperated with the panel until December 23rd when he found out Democrats tried to obtain his bank records.<\/p>\n<p>He stressed the January Sixth Committee and Nancy Pelosi are violating the U.S. constitution for political purposes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0WASHINGTON, DC \u2013 FEBRUARY 08: The exterior of the U.S. Capitol building is seen at sunrise on February 8, 2021 in Washington, DC.
