Version: 4.0.47--><div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/WH-640x335-1.jpg\" class=\"ff-og-image-inserted\" alt=\"image\" \/><\/div>\n<p class=\"subheading\">The establishment media on Tuesday admitted President Joe Biden failed to shut down the Chinese coronavirus amid the omicron variant and a shortage of testing kits.<\/p>\n<p>After Biden promised in 2020 \u201cto shut down the virus, not the country,\u201d the establishment media noticed that Biden conceded Monday there is \u201cno federal solution\u201d&nbsp;to&nbsp;shut the pandemic down.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cMore than nine months later, he is now admitting not enough has been done,\u201d CNN <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2021\/12\/28\/politics\/joe-biden-covid-19-testing-failure\/index.html\">wrote<\/a>, critiquing its ally in the White House.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPresident Joe Biden&nbsp;and his team repeatedly&nbsp;promised more Covid-19 testing, including at-home kits that deliver rapid results, but they are&nbsp;now admitting&nbsp;a virus that is more adaptable than the politicians who fight it has&nbsp;outpaced them again,\u201d CNN continued after months of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2021\/01\/21\/politics\/biden-national-coronavirus-plan\/index.html\">praising<\/a> Biden\u2019s efforts, as in headlines like this one from January:&nbsp;\u201cBiden unveils Covid-19 plan based on \u2018science not politics\u2019 as he signs new initiatives.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The <em>Washington Post<\/em>, which&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/politics\/joe-biden-elected-president\/2020\/11\/07\/53ec8726-1f0b-11eb-ba21-f2f001f0554b_story.html\">criticized<\/a>&nbsp;President Trump for his poor \u201chandling of the&nbsp;coronavirus&nbsp;pandemic and his divisive, bullying conduct in office,\u201d has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/opinions\/2021\/12\/22\/president-biden-is-failing-covid-19\/\">turned<\/a> its sights on Biden for floundering and breaking promises.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cThe president made a bet in March that vaccination could return the country to some semblance of normalcy, promising a \u201c\u2018summer of freedom,&#8217;\u201d WaPo wrote. \u201cBut as the delta variant emerged, the highly transmissible strain tore through the country, outpacing the speed of our vaccination efforts.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSadly, what we saw this week was an administration floundering and a president not in command of facts or willing to shift course in any substantial way on the pandemic,\u201d the publication said about Biden\u2019s lack of coronavirus tests.<\/p>\n<p>The <em>Wall Street Journal<\/em> also <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/articles\/biden-on-covid-no-federal-solution-11640648750?mod=opinion_lead_pos2\">reminded<\/a>&nbsp;its readers Monday that Biden had stated, \u201cAnyone who is responsible for that many deaths should not remain as President of the United States of America.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Yet the&nbsp;<em>New York Times<\/em>&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/11\/28\/flashback-ten-times-joe-biden-promised-shut-down-virus\/\">reported<\/a>&nbsp;in November the United States has accumulated more coronavirus deaths under Biden than under Trump, despite vaccine availability.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe was wrong last year when he suggested that any politician had the power to control the pandemic,\u201d the <em>Journal<\/em> wrote. \u201cNow that Mr. Biden is in office, as the Omicron variant refuses to be \u2018shut down,\u2019 it would be a politically convenient time for him to acknowledge the virus reality.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em>Follow Wendell Huseb\u00f8 on Twitter&nbsp;<\/em><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/WendellHusebo?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Eauthor\"><em>@WendellHuseb\u00f8<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The establishment media on Tuesday admitted President Joe Biden failed to shut down the Chinese coronavirus amid the omicron variant and a shortage of testing kits.
