(Sergio Flores\/Getty Images)<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>An example of the violence perpetrated by the freed suspects was seen in the slaying of 71-year-old&nbsp;Martha Medina. She \u201cwas robbed of her purse, then run over and killed in September outside a McDonald\u2019s in northeast Houston.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The suspect in the killing is&nbsp;Andrew Rehernard Williams. He was \u201cout on the street after making bond on a previous capital murder charge.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Houston Police Sergeant Larry Gibson expressed concern over the bond release for the suspects, saying, \u201cIt\u2019s very concerning, it\u2019s concerning for everybody involved\u2026Guys out on capital murder bonds, they just don\u2019t have the fear. &nbsp;So they\u2019re like, \u2018I\u2019m out on this.
