You\u2019ve got your mask down, bitch,\u201d the elderly man said to the woman.<\/p>\n<p>Moments later, the woman asked him if he called her a bitch, then appeared to slap him.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat\u2019s assault. You\u2019re going to jail,\u201d the man told her.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B3\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>As a crew member tried to restrain the woman, she appeared to spit in the man\u2019s face.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis disturbance lead to the injury of fellow passengers and Delta employees,\u201d Atlanta police explained in a statement regarding the incident.<\/p>\n<p>The agency noted it responded to an incident inside the&nbsp;Hartsfield Jackson International Airport and officials detained the woman, who was later identified as Patricia Cornwall.<\/p>\n<p>The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) was alerted and authorities took custody of the woman when she was transported to the Atlanta police precinct.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s unclear if she is facing any charges at this time,\u201d the WFLA report said.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/FBI?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@FBI<\/a> is investigating after a woman caused a disturbance leading to the injury of passengers and <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Delta?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@Delta<\/a> employees.
