The victims killed in the crash include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>62-year-old Michael Ferazzi of Contoocook, New Hampshire<\/li>\n<li>59-year-old Albert Mazza of Lee, New Hampshire<\/li>\n<li>58-year-old Daniel Pereira of Riverside, Rhode Island<\/li>\n<li>58-year-old Jo-Ann Corr&nbsp;of Lakeville, Massachusetts<\/li>\n<li>58-year-old Edward Corr of Lakeville, Massachusetts<\/li>\n<li>42-year-old Desma Oakes of Concord, New Hampshire<\/li>\n<li>45-year-old Aaron Perry of Farmington, New Hampshire<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div id=\"attachment_10727484\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/victims.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-10727484\" src=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/victims.jpg\" alt=\"NHAG\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em>Seven Americans \u2014 including five U.S. Marine Corps Veterans \u2014 were killed while riding motorcycles when a refugee from Ukraine crashed into them. (New Hampshire Attorney General\u2019s Office)<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>This week, a judge <a href=\"https:\/\/whdh.com\/news\/truck-drivers-trial-in-nh-crash-that-killed-7-expected-in-july\/\">suggested<\/a> that&nbsp;Zhukovskyy will stand trial in July of next year as his defense team requested more time to gather evidence pertaining to the crash. Specifically, the defense is searching for a qualified crash reconstruction expert to help their case.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>Zhukovskyy previously pleaded not guilty to the negligent homicide, manslaughter, drunk driving, and reckless conduct charges he has been hit with.<\/p>\n<p>At the time of the fatal crash, a&nbsp;law enforcement official confirmed to Breitbart News that Zhukovskyy originally entered the U.S. on September 18, 2006, as a refugee from Ukraine. In 2008, he adjusted his refugee status to become a permanent lawful resident after the federal government awarded him a green card.<\/p>\n<p>Criminal records <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bostonherald.com\/2019\/06\/24\/truck-driver-in-fatal-n-h-motorcycle-crash-had-drunken-driving-history\/?utm_campaign=socialflow&amp;utm_source=twitter.com&amp;utm_medium=social&amp;utm_content=tw-bostonherald\">obtained<\/a> by the&nbsp;<em>Boston Herland<\/em>&nbsp;indicate that Zhukovskyy had multiple run-ins with the law dating back seven years.<\/p>\n<p>In 2013, Zhukovskyy was convicted of drunk driving and had his driver\u2019s license suspended for 210 days as well as being placed on probation after being arrested. At the time, he was called an \u201cimmediate threat\u201d by state officials.&nbsp;In 2017,&nbsp;Zhukovskyy was convicted on drug charges including heroin and cocaine. ICE officials have requested additional information on this particular case.<\/p>\n<p>On May 11, Zhukovskyy was arrested in East Windsor, Connecticut, after he failed a sobriety test. Despite being arrested for drunk driving again, the Ukrainian national\u2019s driver\u2019s license had yet to be suspended and was valid when he crashed and allegedly killed the seven motorcyclists.<\/p>\n<p>An official with the Massachusetts&nbsp;Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2019\/06\/26\/massachusetts-official-resigns-after-failing-strip-license-refugee-accused-killing-u-s-marines\/\">resigned days after<\/a>&nbsp;Zhukovskyy\u2019s after reports indicated that she failed to confiscate his driver\u2019s license despite his drunk driving conviction.<\/p>\n<p>The Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency has had a detainer on Zhukovskyy requesting that he be turned over to federal immigration officials should he be released from prison at any time.
