Biden confirmed his run for a second-term in an interview with ABC News.<\/p>\n<p>This comes as the 79-year-old\u2019s plans have caused speculation over his age and fitness for office. However, Biden appeared to be optimistic about running again, especially if it\u2019s against his 2020 general election opponent.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m a great respecter of fate,\u201d said Biden. \u201cFate has intervened in my life many many times. If I\u2019m in the health I\u2019m in now, I\u2019m in good health, then in fact I would run again.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">EXCLUSIVE: Pres. Biden responded, \u201cyou\u2019re trying to tempt me now,\u201d adding \u201cwhy would I not run against Donald Trump?
