He was later released on bail.<\/p>\n<p>According to&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.tmz.com\/2021\/12\/22\/home-alone-devin-ratray-buzz-arrested-domestic-violence-charge\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TMZ<\/a>, the 44-year-old was booked in&nbsp;the Midwest City Jail after presenting himself to police.&nbsp;The arrest stems from an alleged altercation between Ratray and his now-ex-girlfriend in Oklahoma City this month.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>The actor, who played&nbsp;Buzz McCallister in the first two&nbsp;<em>Home Alone<\/em>&nbsp;installments, was in the city to appear at a Christmas convention from Dec. 4-5 with his girlfriend, according to local outlet&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/kfor.com\/news\/local\/this-is-how-you-die-actor-who-played-buzz-in-home-alone-faces-charges-for-allegedly-trying-to-strangle-girlfriend-while-in-oklahoma-city\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">KFOR<\/a>,<\/p>\n<p>He was booked on one count of domestic assault and battery by strangulation and another count of domestic assault and battery, according to online records, Fox News <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/entertainment\/home-alone-devin-ratray-arrested-domestic-violence-oklahoma\">reports<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The girlfriend alleged to authorities Ratray drank a bottle of wine and over 10 shots of booze in two different locations.
