If we open the witness door in the Senate there will be lots of witnesses requested on a variety of topics. And the trial will go for months, not days,\u201d tweeted Graham.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The South Carolina lawmaker\u2019s tweet was issued in response to a Yahoo News <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/news.yahoo.com\/qanon-shaman-says-hes-willing-042452071.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">report<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> that claimed Jacob Chansley, the man photographed in the Capitol building while wearing a fur hat and face paint, was willing to testify against the president. DOJ officials have been looking into the possibility of charging some of the suspects with <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/doj-seeks-400-more-capitol-rioters-expect-to-charge-some-with-sedition\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">criminal conspiracy<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and sedition.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Over in the Senate, lawmakers will soon be tasked with deciding whether Trump should be found guilty on one article of impeachment: incitement of insurrection.
