The caption, which references the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.menshealth.com\/health\/a34786868\/what-is-adrenochrome-qanon\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">baseless belief<\/a> held by some QAnon conspiracy theorists that Democratic \u201celites\u201d harvest and consume the blood of children, alleges, \u201cJoe Biden accepts a vial of blood, handed to him by a boy. Looks like the rumors of him sucking the blood of kids are 100% true!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Check Your Fact found that the video being shared on Facebook has been digitally altered to superimpose the blood vial into their hands, however. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/checkyourfact.com\/2021\/12\/02\/fact-check-image-joe-biden-jeffrey-epstein\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(RELATED: Does This Image Show Joe Biden With Jeffrey Epstein?)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Based on the people visible in the video and what they\u2019re wearing, the manipulated video appears to come from when Biden <a href=\"https:\/\/factba.se\/biden\/calendar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">arrived<\/a> at the Cincinnati\/Northern Kentucky International Airport in Hebron, Kentucky, on July 21. FOX19 NOW, a local news station, live-streamed Biden\u2019s arrival on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/FOX19Cincinnati\/videos\/866047397623585\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">its Facebook page<\/a>. At the time, Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear and his family welcomed the president on the airport tarmac, as shown in FOX19 NOW\u2019s live stream and in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apimages.com\/metadata\/Index\/Biden\/5dd73cdc601348109cf8cb4286710584\/29\/0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">press<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apimages.com\/metadata\/Index\/Biden\/02b3972eb02a441d8e40bffc49f32746\/27\/0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">photos<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/FOX19Cincinnati\/videos\/866047397623585\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">original video<\/a>, Biden can be seen talking to Beshear\u2019s son at one point. While holding a dark-colored object in his hand, Biden briefly takes Beshear\u2019s son\u2019s hand and then releases it, leaving the object in the boy\u2019s hand. The object does not resemble a vial of blood in any way.<\/p>\n<p>On July 21, Biden had <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wlwt.com\/article\/photos-president-joe-biden-visits-cincinnatis-west-side\/37096001\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">traveled<\/a> to the area to promote his \u201cBuild Back Better\u201d agenda and participate in a CNN town hall, according to the president\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/factba.se\/biden\/calendar\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">public schedule<\/a> on Factba.se.
