But this doesn\u2019t help with everything that\u2019s been going on recently,\u201d he said.&nbsp;\u201cIf you\u2019ve got teachers making threats, how safe do you think the parents are going to think that school is?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The arrest comes just weeks after an Oxford High School student shot and killed four students and injured several others.<\/p>\n<p>The Daily Wire <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/breaking-several-injured-in-school-shooting-near-detroit-suspect-in-custody\">reported<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p><em>The suspect, who used a semi-automatic handgun, was identified by officials as a 15-year-old sophomore.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cDeputies immediately responded and took the suspect into custody within five minutes of the original 911 call,\u201d Undersheriff Michael McCabe told reporters.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The parents of the suspected shooter were arrested and charged with involuntary manslaughter because they allegedly made the gun used in the school shooting available to the suspect. The Daily Wire <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/breaking-parents-of-alleged-michigan-school-shooter-are-charged-with-involuntary-manslaughter\">reported<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p><em>The suspect, a 15-year-old white male that The Daily Wire is not naming due to company policy about not giving notoriety to alleged mass murderers, is being charged as an adult with two dozen crimes, including murder, attempted murder, and terrorism for the attack this week Oxford High School in Oakland County.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Four students were killed after the suspect opened fire using a handgun that was recently purchased by the suspect\u2019s father.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThe parents were the only individuals in the position to know the access to weapons,\u201d Oakland County prosecutor Karen McDonald&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/apnews.com\/article\/oxford-high-school-shooting-crime-shootings-michigan-pontiac-743d8e262a35d07123732cb870186772?utm_campaign=SocialFlow&amp;utm_medium=AP&amp;utm_source=Twitter\">said<\/a>&nbsp;Thursday.
