J.B.&nbsp;Pritzker (D) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/12\/18\/illinois-gov-j-b-pritzker-signs-bill-ending-parental-notification-teen-girls-abortions\/\">signed<\/a> legislation last week allowing minor girls to obtain abortions without their parents\u2019 knowledge \u2014 a move Rep. Mary Miller (R-IL) called \u201cradical\u201d and \u201cdeeply unpopular with the American people\u201d during an interview on <em>Breitbart News Saturday<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Miller told Breitbart News\u2019 Washington bureau chief and host Matthew Boyle that Pritzker\u2019s actions further show that Democrats, who describe themselves as belonging to the \u201cparty of science,\u201d are \u201cgoing in the opposite direction.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cThey don\u2019t care about the young girls, and they don\u2019t care about the parents,\u201d Miller said.&nbsp;\u201cThese girls \u2014 these are crisis pregnancies. They are probably motivated by fear. They\u2019re getting misinformation and bad counsel. They are being encouraged to make a rash decision.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><em><b>LISTEN:&nbsp;<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>The legislation, also <a href=\"https:\/\/legiscan.com\/IL\/votes\/HB0370\/2021\">called<\/a> H.B. 370&nbsp;and the Youth Health and Safety Act,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/11\/01\/illinois-democrats-abortion-law\/\">repeals<\/a>&nbsp;the state\u2019s last pro-life law. Pritzker said the \u201crepeal was essential\u201d because \u201cit was the most vulnerable pregnant minors who were punished by this law: victims of rape and physical abuse in unsafe homes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Miller contended that the bill does the opposite and could make it easier for young girls to be \u201cpreyed upon by a sexual predator.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFirst of all, is the girl going to bring herself in? Or is the abuser going to bring her in, or are they going to offer some kind of clandestine transportation to go pick the young girl up at her home or school and transport her? I mean, some of these girls won\u2019t be old enough to have their drivers licenses,\u201d the mother of seven speculated.<\/p>\n<p>Miller asked several other questions of the bill, including whether young girls will be able to request sonograms, have access to information about baby\u2019s development and the potential risks and side-effects of abortion, and whether hospitals would treat these girls without parental consent if a procedure goes wrong.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI guarantee you, there is going to be some girl that is going to bleed to death in her bedroom, and her parents won\u2019t even know what happened to her,\u201d she warned.<b>&nbsp;<\/b><\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B3\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<div id=\"attachment_17697906\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\" readability=\"40\"><a href=\"https:\/\/media.breitbart.com\/media\/2021\/08\/Pritzker.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-17697906\" src=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Pritzker-1024x768-1.jpg\" alt=\"CHICAGO, ILLINOIS - AUGUST 04: Citing substantial spread of the Covid-19 virus across the state, Illinois Governor J.B. (Photo by Scott Olson\/Getty Images)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>In addition to Pritzker\u2019s repeal, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) on a national scale last week <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/12\/16\/fda-lifts-in-person-restrictions-on-abortion-pill\/\">eased<\/a> restrictions on at-home drug-induced abortions. The move will allow women and girls to end their pregnancies via mail-order pills without having to see an abortion provider in person.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cThere\u2019s the new thing now for the abortion industry: do-it-yourself abortions at home \u2014 disaster. And now, Biden\u2019s FDA has approved mailing these dangerous pills to young women,\u201d Miller reacted. \u201c<span>Who\u2019s informing these women of the medical risks that are going to be associated with it?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Miller said women and girls facing crisis pregnancies are \u201cno doubt experiencing fear\u201d but must think long term and seek out people who will give them wise counsel.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFear is a powerful motivator \u2014 fear is from Satan and it motivates people to do the wrong thing. They\u2019re a business. They are there to make money off those women. They don\u2019t care about them, they will never follow up on them. They are using them,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u2026.Local pregnancy centers amazing. And a lot of them, the people that are running them or are involved are people that have either had an abortion and lived to regret it and want to help women not make the same terrible mistake, or they were saved from actually doing it. Perhaps they lived in one of the states that required a sonogram and they left. Or they\u2019re Christians and they really care about life.
