The Democrats are using that process to push their almost $2 trillion Build Back Better (BBB) plan past the nearly unified GOP caucus of 50 senators.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>The parliamentarian\u2019s ruling will not be easily overcome by the Democrats. A handful of Democratic senators want to preserve the parliamentarian\u2019s authority because she enforces rules that protect the clout of small states.<\/p>\n<p>But the parliamentarian\u2019s rejection still allows the Democrats to draft new amnesty plans for the BBB bill in 2022. Those plans include more public pressure on Sen. (Evan Vucci \/ AP Photo)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>The referee\u2019s rejection does not cover the three other \u201chistoric\u201d migration changes<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/11\/20\/media-hides-democrats-historic-migration-expansion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> hidden<\/a> in the BBB bill. Those measures would allow the White House to provide green cards to millions of favored migrants, including perhaps three million \u201cchain migrants\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/11\/19\/cbo-joe-bidens-bill-will-invite-millions-of-new-migrants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">selected<\/a> by recent immigrants.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>The plan would also allow President Joe Biden\u2019s pro-migration deputies to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/11\/19\/cbo-joe-bidens-bill-will-invite-millions-of-new-migrants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sell<\/a> green cards to at least one million migrants who have taken \u2014 or who promise to take \u2014 many of the Fortune 500 jobs sought by skilled U.S. college graduates. Most of these beneficiaries are Indian workers who got jobs via various visa worker programs, such as the H-1B and Optional Practical Training program.<\/p>\n<p>The huge population inflow would boost Wall Street, create a powerful ethnic Indian bloc in the United States, cut wages for many millions of Americans, and drive up housing costs for renters and homebuyers.<\/p>\n<p>But the green card giveaway to the Fortune 500 may be dropped if the Democrats cannot also pass their amnesty for illegal aliens, a Hill staffer told Breitbart News. \u201cIt would be really bad politics for them to not get their amnesty [for poor migrants] but be giving this big green card giveaway to businesses,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt would be the height of irony that all of our efforts on immigration would be to help business and not help people who are undocumented,\u201d Sen. (Photo by John Moore\/Getty Images)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>The referee\u2019s rejection of the parole amnesty was announced via a short note:<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B3\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<blockquote readability=\"15\">\n<p>The proposed parole policy is not much different in its effects than the previous [two amnesty] proposals we have considered. The proposal, which would increase the deficit by $131 billion over 10 years, creates a class of eligible people (those who have been in the country for 10 years or more) who qualify for a grant of parole in place status. This new class would make eligible for parole 6.5 million people \u2013 nearly the same number of people as the previous two plans. CBO [Congressional Budget Office] estimates that 3 million people would adjust to LPR status [get green cards] \u2013 2 million of whom would be otherwise ineligible under current law. In order to effectuate the policy, the parole proposal changes the contours of the current parole in place program, making it a mandatory award of status for qualifying applicants rather than the current discretionary use of the [Homeland Security] Secretary\u2019s authority and assessment, which the USCIS website states that the Secretary grants \u201conly sparingly.\u201d The granted parole will be accomplished by mandatory issuances of work authorization, travel documents, a deeming of qualification for REAL ID and automatic renewal of PIP [Parole in Place]. href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2021\/03\/12\/bloomberg-opts-h1bs-take-two-three-new-tech-jobs-each-year\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">career<\/a>&nbsp;opportunities, cuts their&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2021\/04\/08\/elite-academics-hide-amnesty-wage-pain-americans\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">wages<\/a>, and raises their&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/06\/16\/new-yorks-mayoral-rivals-vow-cheap-housing-plus-more-migrants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">housing<\/a> costs.<\/p>\n<p>The href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/08\/13\/zuckerbergs-data-says-amnesty-gives-economic-windfall-coastal-democratic-states\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">gaps<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/11\/01\/survey-elite-imposed-migration-is-transforming-national-politics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">radicalizes<\/a> their democratic, compromise-promoting civic&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/search\/?s=%22white+supremacy%22#gsc.tab=0&amp;gsc.q=%22white%20supremacy%22&amp;gsc.page=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">culture<\/a>, and allows the elites to ignore&nbsp;<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Diseases_of_despair\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">despairing<\/a> Americans&nbsp;at the&nbsp;<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/JorgeAl49986803\/status\/1439791277571145737?s=20\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">bottom<\/a> of society.<\/p>\n<p>Unsurprisingly, a&nbsp;wide&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2021\/01\/14\/poll-americans-want-companies-hire-americans-before-migrants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">variety<\/a>&nbsp;of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2020\/04\/13\/ipsos-poll-nearly-8-in-10-americans-want-immigration-moratorium-for-u-s\/\" target=\"_blank\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">labor<\/a> migration&nbsp;and the inflow of&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2020\/08\/06\/ipsos-poll-public-opposes-migrant-workers-by-21\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">temporary<\/a>&nbsp;contract workers&nbsp;into jobs sought by young U.S. graduates.<\/p>\n<p>This&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2021\/03\/05\/survey-americans-underestimate-quiet-public-opposition-to-legal-migration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">opposition<\/a>&nbsp;is
