Only individuals have rights,\u201d noted the <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/lpnevada\/status\/1471154020966305798\">Libertarian Party of Nevada<\/a>. \u201cRights emerge from properties inherent to our existence, their source is our humanity, and they are fundamental to the nature of our being. Rights cannot be granted by government because they preexist all governments.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYou came out as a fascist a while ago, but I guess this is a more blatant way of admitting it,\u201d added commentator <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/TheLaurenChen\">Lauren Chen<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>On Thursday, Cramer responded that he is \u201cgetting people furious\u201d over his pro-vaccine stand \u2014 adding that those who disagree with him would be \u201cpro-polio\u201d in another era.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/jimcramer\/status\/1471484429705089026\">https:\/\/twitter.com\/jimcramer\/status\/1471484429705089026<\/a><\/p>\n<p>As <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/cnbc-host-we-should-have-military-enforce-universal-vaccination\">The Daily Wire<\/a> recently reported, Cramer believes that unvaccinated Americans should have to make their argument before a court to defend their \u201cconscientious objector\u201d status. He also slammed the \u201ctoothless\u201d vaccine mandates forwarded by the Biden administration:<\/p>\n<p>We haven\u2019t centralized the issue to the point where the White House actually seems to take responsibility. We\u2019d see. First was the CDC, then the FDA, the National Institutes of Health, mostly coordinating policy through talk shows.<\/p>\n<p>Then we left vaccination policy to individual companies. Now it\u2019s toothless OSHA going back and forth on what\u2019s allowed in factories, but nobody with any power saying the frontline workers need to be vaccinated. It\u2019s just plain wrong, and most of us are sick of it.<\/p>\n<p>Cramer then castigated those who have not yet been vaccinated for perpetuating the COVID-19 crisis:<\/p>\n<p>Even as a vocal, anti-vax minority is always grabbing the mic, this charade must end. The government must require vaccinations. Not of this group or that group, not company by company, not cruise ship by cruise ship, or airline by airline or governor by governor. The buck stops at the White House.<\/p>\n<p>Despite Cramer\u2019s staunch support for mandatory vaccination, early data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/cdc-only-20-of-omicron-cases-occurred-in-unvaccinated-people\">reveal<\/a> that nearly eight in ten cases of the Omicron variant occurred in fully vaccinated people.
