Federal judges have halted three of those COVID vaccine mandates. Are you going to back down or are you going to continue to fight those in court?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is a pandemic of the unvaccinated,\u201d Biden replied. \u201cNot the vaccinated, the unvaccinated. That\u2019s the problem. Everybody talks about freedom about not to have a shot or have a test. Well, guess what? How about patriotism? How about making sure you\u2019re vaccinated, so you do not spread the disease to anybody else. What about that? What\u2019s the big deal?\u201d <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/12\/14\/amtrak-vaccine-mandate-covid-19\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(RELATED: Amtrak Derails Vaccine Mandate To Dodge Service Disruptions)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/youtube.com\/watch?v=HZ5IAJr7Alg&#038;feature=oembed\">https:\/\/youtube.com\/watch?v=HZ5IAJr7Alg&amp;feature=oembed<\/a>\n<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhat\u2019s the big deal of having to take a test once a week to know you can show up to work and you\u2019re not causing other people to get sick.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>U.S. District Judge Stan Baker <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/12\/07\/biden-vaccine-mandate-georgia\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">issued a nationwide stay<\/a> on Biden\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/12\/13\/elon-musk-forced-vaccine-mandates-have-no-place-america\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">vaccine mandate<\/a>, joining two other <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/11\/12\/appeals-court-joe-biden-vaccine-mandate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">federal court decisions<\/a> blocking the mandate from taking effect. The mandate required all federal employees and employees of federal contractors to get the <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/12\/13\/air-force-discharges-27-covid-19-vaccine-mandate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">vaccine<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Missouri Judge Matthew Schelp issued a temporary injunction on enforcement that impacted <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/11\/29\/judge-matthew-schelp-vaccine-mandate-biden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">10 states<\/a>&nbsp;on Nov. 29. U.S. District Judge Terry Doughty of Louisiana then expanded that injunction the next day.
