Fred Keller (R-PA) and Darrell Issa (R-CA), sent a letter to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D) on Tuesday, urging her to consider legislation \u2014 which already passed in the Senate \u2014 to nullify President Joe Biden\u2019s coercive vaccine mandate on millions of American workers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe write to urge the immediate consideration of Senate Joint Resolution 29 (S.J. Res. 29) in the House of Representatives before the chamber recesses for the holidays,\u201d they <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1TG6ZayXpvhFRayl7gArAeNrczCvVY07O\/view\">wrote<\/a>, noting the resolution \u201cprovides for congressional disapproval of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration\u2019s (OSHA) emergency temporary standard requiring all private-sector employers with 100 or more employees to adopt a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy for their workers or require employees who choose not to get vaccinated to undergo weekly testing and wear a mask in the workplace.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>Lawmakers also noted that the OSHA rule is currently paused due to ongoing litigation.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201cGiven the great consequence this matter has for all our constituents, the House of Representatives has a special responsibility to vote on S.J. Res. 29. The OSHA mandate represents an unacceptable and unlawful overreach by the federal government, and it will cause irrevocable arm to our nation\u2019s businesses and workforce,\u201d they wrote.<\/p>\n<p>The lawmakers noted the Senate recently passed a resolution designed to nullify Biden\u2019s vaccine mandate via the Congressional Review Act.&nbsp;Rep. Res 29 in the House.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;Notably, only two Democrats in the Senate, Sens. Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Jon Tester (D-MT),&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/12\/09\/only-two-democrats-voted-to-repeal-bidens-federal-vaccine-mandate\/\">voted<\/a> with Republicans to nullify Biden\u2019s mandate.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnybody that doesn\u2019t sign on to it can\u2019t claim to want to protect your liberties and freedoms,\u201d Keller <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/11\/20\/exclusive-rep-fred-keller-195-house-republicans-50-senators-support-measure-to-nullify-bidens-vaccine-mandate\/\">said<\/a> during a recent appearance on <em>Breitbart News Saturday<\/em>. \u201cWe took an oath to uphold the Constitution of the United States, which guarantees us rights. It tells us we limit the power to the government, we the people, not the other way around.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPresident Biden\u2019s vaccine mandate violates the individual liberties of over 80 million American workers.
