It also alleged ABC has granted vaccine exemptions in the past.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cHaving chosen to recognize some exemptions, ABC must recognize any good faith request for an exemption,\u201d the complaint states.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" data-instgrm-captioned data-instgrm-permalink=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CV-1mzFvx2W\/?utm_source=ig_embed&amp;utm_campaign=loading\" data-instgrm-version=\"14\" readability=\"-0.26923076923077\">\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The actor also argues that the network\u2019s mandate violated his right to medical privacy.&nbsp;In addition to unspecified damages, he is asking the court to declare ABC\u2019s vaccine mandate as unconstitutional.<\/p>\n<p>As Breitbart News <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/entertainment\/2021\/11\/10\/reports-actor-ingo-rademacher-leaving-abcs-general-hospital-following-transgender-controversy\/\">reported<\/a>,&nbsp;Rademacher departed <em>General Hospital<\/em> in November for&nbsp;not complying with the production\u2019s COVID vaccine mandate.
