autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/p>\n<p>In the first two weeks from January 3 until January 17, businesses may accept proof of a negative coronavirus test in place of proof of an individual\u2019s vaccination.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<div class=\"adRectangle-pos-small-inline\" readability=\"8.6721132897603\">\n<div class=\"placeholderWrapper adRectangle-pos-small-inline\" readability=\"15.518518518519\">\n<p>\u201cThat negative COVID test must have been for the last 24 hours,\u201d Bettigole noted, adding, \u201cThen, after January 17, negative COVID-19 tests will no longer be accepted and everyone must have completed their primary COVID vaccination series.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\" readability=\"7.2938388625592\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Philadelphia officials announced that proof of a COVID-19 vaccine will soon be required to eat inside a restaurant or food establishment.  <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/Ar1MyXCZRq\">https:\/\/t.co\/Ar1MyXCZRq<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Action News on 6abc (@6abc) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/6abc\/status\/1470461786348470286?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">December 13, 2021<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Officials explained the mandate applied to places where citizens gather to eat indoors, such as restaurants, bars, and sports venues.<\/p>\n<p>Those places included the Wells Fargo Center, movie theaters, catering halls, and also cafes.<\/p>\n<p>According to the City of Philadelphia\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.phila.gov\/2021-12-13-you-will-need-to-be-fully-vaccinated-against-covid-to-enter-any-establishment-that-serves-food-in-philly\/?fbclid=IwAR0cwBc4hphZrVy8_s832JpuGkf2w3bGQu4DMcdTWURxYorpF6ExNKK9QY8\">website<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote readability=\"17\">\n<p>This mandate will not be applied in K-12 and early childcare settings, hospitals, congregate care facilities,&nbsp;special population providers that serve food,&nbsp;residential or healthcare facilities, grocery stores, convenience stores, or other establishments that primarily sell food and drink for offsite use, or in Philadelphia International Airport, except in traditional seated restaurant or seated bar style locations.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Individuals with proof of valid religious or medical exemptions and children under the age of five years and three months were exempt from the recent mandate, the website said.<\/p>\n<p>In August, Philadelphia <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/08\/12\/philadelphia-mandates-employees-get-jab-wear-two-masks\/\">mandated<\/a> city workers either be vaccinated or wear two masks.
