The guy actually pulled it off. I used to watch him on Fox News and go, \u2018How does he put up with this sh*t?&#8217;\u201d Stern said, adding, \u201cI gotta tell ya: people don\u2019t watch CNN, who the hell is going to pay for CNN+? Are they out of their mind? CNN+, I mean what is that? Regular CNN isn\u2019t enough?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGood luck being seen on that thing,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/dailywire.com\/news\/howard-stern-predicts-rumored-trump-tv-network-will-fail-within-a-year\/\">Stern<\/a> continued, arguing that he didn\u2019t expect many people to shell out monthly for the opportunity to watch an extension of CNN\u2019s network, <a href=\"https:\/\/dailywire.com\/news\/i-want-to-try-something-new-chris-wallace-is-leaving-fox-news-sunday-effective-immediately\/\">Wallace<\/a> or no Wallace. \u201cI mean I like Chris Wallace, but I\u2019m not paying a monthly service fee.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Stern then posited that Wallace might have chosen CNN because they made him a better offer.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe was on Fox News for 18 years, I\u2019m sure they\u2019re pissed because they were pretty loyal to him. They probably weren\u2019t coming up with the dough re mi. I mean they probably offered him some good money,\u201d Stern said before going down a bit of a rabbit hole and suggesting that he was looking for a more relaxed work environment.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMaybe he said to himself, \u2018They just had Jeffrey Toobin jerking off on a zoom meeting, and they didn\u2019t really fire him, so that\u2019s probably a good place to work. You can jerk off on your zoom and not get fired.\u2019 I think he saw an opportunity,\u201d Stern said.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dailywire.com\/news\/chris-wallace-announces-he-is-joining-cnn-social-media-erupts-good-riddance-to-this-fraud\/\">Wallace<\/a> announced at the end of \u201cFox News Sunday\u201d that it was to be his final appearance on the show.
