Tonight on <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/wjxt4?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@wjxt4<\/a>, hear why Christina\u2019s fight stretched beyond <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/karate?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#karate<\/a>. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/qsbizdZ6Cf\">pic.twitter.com\/qsbizdZ6Cf<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Aaron Farrar (@aaronfarrarNews) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/aaronfarrarNews\/status\/1467539314477260816?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">December 5, 2021<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p class=\"sc-bdVaJa dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-2 cynzxG\">\u201cIt feels powerful,\u201d she explained when talking about putting on the special belt. \u201cI like to feel power and strength.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-bdVaJa dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-2 cynzxG\">Down syndrome is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/ncbddd\/birthdefects\/downsyndrome.html\">described<\/a> as a condition where an individual has an extra chromosome, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website.<\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-bdVaJa dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-2 cynzxG\">Now, her achievement is something her parents will cherish forever.<\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-bdVaJa dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-2 cynzxG\">\u201cIt was a joy,\u201d Christina\u2019s mom, Luisa, stated. \u201cI was so proud of her because she has been working so hard.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-bdVaJa dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-2 cynzxG\">The young woman went through over a dozen difficult tests in recent years, which challenged her physically and mentally.
