One-fifth of Americans, 21 percent, say they \u201cwill not get the vaccine.\u201d Notably, that is the answer for 30 percent of 18-24 year olds.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>The survey then asked respondents, \u201cWhy are you not willing to take the vaccine? Please select all that apply.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>Half said they are \u201cconcerned about side effects,\u201d while 41 percent said they \u201cdon\u2019t think it\u2019s effective.\u201d Another 23 percent said they are not worried about the virus, followed by 14 percent who say they have already recovered from the virus. Another 13 percent cited both religious objections as well as health concerns, and 11 percent said \u201cit should go to other people.\u201d<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The survey comes as the Biden administration pushes not only vaccinations for children, but booster shots for those eligible to do so.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The president has come under fire in recent weeks after attempting to fore private employers to either mandate the vaccine or implement testing requirements via OSHA. That rule, which Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) predicted will ultimately fail,&nbsp;however, has been suspended due to ongoing litigation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMy sense though is on how those mandates are working out, if you look at how it\u2019s gone, the Sixth Circuit has OSHA consolidated \u2013OSHA is done, okay,\u201d he <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/12\/09\/ron-desantis-osha-vaccine-mandate-done-take-bank\/\">said<\/a> this week. \u201cYou can take that to the bank.
