Call @ 800-577-TIPS or DM NYPDTips Reward up to $3500.00 <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/D9EXL5tpR9\">pic.twitter.com\/D9EXL5tpR9<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 NYPD Crime Stoppers (@NYPDTips) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/NYPDTips\/status\/1469510074024484866?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">December 11, 2021<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The incident <a href=\"https:\/\/abc7ny.com\/new-york-city-nypd-officer-injured-duane-reade\/11323282\/\">occurred<\/a> inside of a Duane Reade drugstore on&nbsp;155 East 34th Street in Murray Hill around 11:30 a.m., according to ABC 7.<\/p>\n<p>Footage <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/NYPDTips\/status\/1469510074024484866?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1469510074024484866%7Ctwgr%5E%7Ctwcon%5Es1_&amp;ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.breitbart.com%2Fwp-admin%2Fpost-new.php\">released<\/a> by NYPD Crime Stoppers appears to show the officer blocking the suspect from the exit. The suspect reaches for her throat and pushes her aside, but the officer maintains her balance and grabs the suspect, video shows. He then turns, cracks her in the face, and leaves the scene as she lies on the ground.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>The officer, who remains unidentified, was at the location <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nydailynews.com\/new-york\/nyc-crime\/ny-nypd-officer-punched-shoplifter-manhattan-drug-store-20211211-xgkoi5kqlvamref2axq4me3usa-story.html\">moonlighting<\/a>&nbsp;as a security guard in a \u201cdepartment-sanctioned side gig,\u201d <em>New York Daily News<\/em> reports. Police say she was taken to Bellevue Hospital in stable condition with a fractured facial bone and a laceration to her left ear.<\/p>\n<p>As of Friday night, the suspect remained on the loose, according to <em>New York Daily News<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Police say the suspect is a known shoplifter, ABC 7 reports. He was last seen wearing a dark hoodie, dark pants, and dark shoes.<\/p>\n<p>NYPD Crime Stoppers announced they are <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/NYPDTips\/status\/1468831667033100290\">looking<\/a> for another Murray Hill thief from a separate incident that occurred on December 4.
