Ron DeSantis (R) said of illegal immigration Friday during a press conference, in which he detailed several legislative proposals and an emergency rule meant to crackdown on the White House funneling illegals to Florida and private institutions aiding the administration.<\/p>\n<p>Speaking from the Jacksonville International Airport (JAX), flanked by&nbsp;U.S. Rep. John Rutherford (R-FL 4th District), Jacksonville Mayor Lenny Curry, and Jacksonville Sheriff Mike Williams, DeSantis put private institutions&nbsp;facilitating illegal migration into Florida on notice.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p class=\"sc-bdVaJa dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-2 cynzxG\">\u201cWe\u2019re also going to require that any private entity that\u2019s involved in facilitating illegal migration into Florida owes the state restitution for each person that they\u2019re facilitating,\u201d&nbsp;DeSantis said.&nbsp;\u201cBecause this does cost. When you have huge numbers of people, that costs a lot of money for taxpayers in a variety of ways.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-bdVaJa dist__TextBase-sc-1fnzlkn-2 cynzxG\">The Governor\u2019s actions are in response to the Biden White House green-lighting flights full of illegal immigrants, landing, often under the cover of darkness, just a few feet from where DeSantis spoke. The governor said dozens of&nbsp;flights filled with illegal migrants have already landed. But that has been brought to a halt. Ron DeSantis says entities who have harbored illegal immigrants for the Biden administration will owe Florida RESTITUTION for the costs they&#8217;ve imposed on the state and taxpayers <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/8EzJOrYLmF\">pic.twitter.com\/8EzJOrYLmF<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 RSBN \ud83c\uddfa\ud83c\uddf8 (@RSBNetwork) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/RSBNetwork\/status\/1469325499767918598?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">December 10, 2021<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The Biden administration \u201cis fighting\u201d the governor\u2019s office when it comes to gathering information on the migrants being transported and housed in the state, DeSantis told Breitbart News Friday.<\/p>\n<p>The Biden White House policy of transporting&nbsp;Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) across the U.S. turned <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/crime\/2021\/11\/04\/illegal-alien-minor-murder-florida\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">deadly<\/a> in November:<\/p>\n<blockquote readability=\"17.733826247689\">\n<p>Yery Noel Medina Ulloa, a 24-year-old illegal alien from Honduras, was <a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.firstcoastnews.com\/article\/news\/crime\/man-charged-killing-uncle-arlington-lied-name-age-report-says\/77-123d18c7-e81f-4e8b-b120-fc0b28a46fa4\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">arrested<\/a> and charged with second-degree murder in the death of&nbsp;Francisco Javier Cuellar, a father of four children. Prosecutors are also seeking a first-degree murder indictment.<\/p>\n<p>Ulloa, who turned 24 last week, duped Biden\u2019s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) when he showed up at the U.S.-Mexico border months ago, claiming he was an Unaccompanied Alien Child (UAC) named \u201cReynel Alexander Hernandez,\u201d according to a Univision interview with Ulloa\u2019s mother.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div id=\"attachment_19087154\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\" readability=\"32\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/FL-640x480-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-19087154\" src=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/FL-640x480-1.png\" alt width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em>Jacksonville Sheriff\u2019s Office<\/em><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u201cThis tragic loss could have been prevented if our southern borders were more secure. While some may think this is a unique or extreme case, I\u2019m not willing to take that chance,\u201d Jacksonville Mayor Curry said. \u201cI want to know how these individuals are being vetted and how they\u2019re being screened.
