While many media members insist it\u2019s \u201cbody-shaming\u201d to promote or celebrate weight loss in any way, the women on \u201cThe View\u201d clearly weren\u2019t aligned with their messaging.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It all started with the hosts discussing Rebel Wilson\u2019s recent weight loss and the negative reactions she got from her team. As The Daily Wire previously <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/rebel-wilson-says-her-team-didnt-want-her-losing-funny-fat-girl-status-amid-weight-loss\">reported<\/a>, Wilson\u2019s team worried she\u2019d lose her \u201cfunny fat girl\u201d status when she dropped the extra pounds.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The latest drama on \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/T4zMroZHdyY\">The View<\/a>\u201d began when Hostin made the bold claim that singers who lose weight sometimes experience a change in their voices, too. She brought up the Grammy-award winning singer Adele, who also made headlines recently for her dramatic change of appearance. But Goldberg refused to hear any of it.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI do think, sometimes, when there\u2019s a singer that loses weight, sometimes they lose their voice,\u201d Hostin said in response to co-host Sara Haines mentioning Adele\u2019s name.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat is not true,\u201d Goldberg said emphatically.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI don\u2019t know,\u201d Hostin interjected. \u201cAdele hasn\u2019t, but sometimes it happens.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>To that, Goldberg started repeating, \u201cThat\u2019s not true,\u201d over and over, hoping to shut down the conversation. The star became even more enraged when Hostin got some audience members to agree with her.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNobody agrees with me?\u201d Hostin says.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m sorry! You\u2019re going to take her word for it?\u201d Goldberg said indignantly while the other co-hosts laughed. \u201cI like her too! I love that jacket. But you\u2019re wrong, and let me explain why. Sometimes, people are asked to lose weight because they have nodes. They have to be able to get down there and get ahold of the nodes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She went on:&nbsp; \u201cPeople lose their voice for many reasons.
