They have to carry their papers. They\u2019re some kind of different category of citizen, because they haven\u2019t decided to get vaccinated or they don\u2019t want to have a booster.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The prime minister had remarked on Wednesday night that, for now, a person would need two doses to be considered eligible for the Covid Pass, but that was under review, meaning that subsequent boosters may be needed to keep the passports valid. Ms Carlo warned that \u201cthis is the thing about an authoritarian. The rules just crank up, and crank up, and crank up, and the only people that are going to have a relatively smooth ride are the people that say, unconditionally, I submit, I comply with any demand. But that\u2019s not what a free people do.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhere the hell will it end? It won\u2019t end. That\u2019s what people have to wake up to,\u201d the Big Brother Watch chief said, continuing: \u201cWe\u2019ve seen what\u2019s happened in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/europe\/2021\/11\/24\/delingpole-australian-army-puts-covid-19-close-contacts-into-quarantine-camps\/\">Australia<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/europe\/2021\/11\/19\/austria-unvaccinated-could-face-prison-as-country-locks-down-and-announces-vaccine-mandate\/\">Austria<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/europe\/2021\/12\/01\/merkel-successor-sholz-pushes-mandatory-vaccinations-for-germans\/\">Germany<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/europe\/2021\/12\/06\/italy-bans-unvaccinated-from-public-life-with-super-green-pass\/\">Italy<\/a>, everywhere else. And the other things that we can do to protect those who are hard to reach, who haven\u2019t got vaccinated for one reason or another\u2026&nbsp;So it\u2019s at that moment we will have to talk seriously about moving on from thinking about further NPIs [non-pharmaceutical interventions],\u201d Mr Johnson had <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/europe\/2021\/12\/08\/farage-slams-boris-for-calls-to-have-national-conversation-on-mandatory-vaccination\/\">said<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Asked whether the government was planning to have such a \u201cnational conversation\u201d of mandatory vaccinations, Health Secretary Sajid Javid told Sky News this morning: \u201cNo, I\u2019ve got no interest in mandatory vaccination \u2014 apart from the high-risk settings of the NHS and social care.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOther than that, if you\u2019re talking about universal mandatory vaccination, I think ethically, it\u2019s wrong,&nbsp; but also at a very practical level, it just wouldn\u2019t work.
