Mike Braun\u2019s (R-IN)&nbsp;Congressional Review Act, which would essentially \u201cdisapprove of and nullify\u201d Biden\u2019s&nbsp;Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rule forcing businesses with 100 or more employees to mandate vaccines or implement testing requirements.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>Just two Democrats,&nbsp;moderate Sens. Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Jon Tester (D-MT), voted alongside Republicans in an effort to protect roughly 80 million workers from facing the chance of losing their jobs or livelihoods over the jab.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI do not support any government vaccine mandate on private businesses. That\u2019s why I have cosponsored and will strongly support a bill to overturn the federal government vaccine mandate for private businesses,\u201d Manchin&nbsp;said.<\/p>\n<p>The measure faces a tougher battle in the Democrat-led House, although Rep. Fred Keller\u2019s (R-PA) Congressional Review Act (CRA) resolution has the backing of the entire GOP House conference, putting a&nbsp;218 majority in reach of House Republicans.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p><b>\u201c<\/b>Every Republican member of the House is united in our effort to eliminate President Biden\u2019s unconstitutional vaccine mandate for America\u2019s businesses,\u201d Keller announced on Wednesday:<\/p>\n<blockquote readability=\"8\">\n<p>Private employers and workers have worked too hard to recover from this pandemic to have their livelihoods ripped away over what should be a private medical decision.
