The revamped messaging is intended to express Biden\u2019s ability to&nbsp;\u201cforge bipartisan consensus and prove our democracy can deliver big wins\u201d:<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<blockquote readability=\"10\">\n<p>The White House says the new branding will be used on the administration\u2019s digital platforms \u2014 and at events, press conferences, tours and listening sessions as Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris and the Cabinet travel the country.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Biden will unveil the revamped branding in Kansas City, Missouri, on Wednesday, highlighting&nbsp;\u201cprovisions to rebuild roads and bridges, upgrade public transit, replace water infrastructure and create union jobs.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As the 2022 midterms approach, Biden\u2019s approval ratings are underwater in vast numbers of swing districts across the nation. Biden\u2019s unpopularity is a problem for congressional Democrats, who would prefer to campaign with a president with high approval ratings.<\/p>\n<p>Democrats have additional problems. Nineteen House Democrats are&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/midterm-election\/2021\/12\/01\/19-democrats-leave-house-2022-three-committee-chairs\/\">retiring<\/a>&nbsp;before the midterms and many state redistricting measures do not favor Democrats, putting the pinch on Rep.
