The Biden administration seeks to require vaccinations for all federal employees and employees of federal contractors. <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/11\/12\/appeals-court-joe-biden-vaccine-mandate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>(RELATED: Federal Appeals Court Upholds Block To Biden Vaccine Mandate)<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph-paragraph-2Bgue ArticleBody-para-TD_9x\">\u201cAbuse of power by the Biden administration has been stopped cold again,\u201d Republican South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/health-coronavirus-mandate-lawsuit\/update-1-u-s-judge-blocks-covid-19-vaccine-mandate-for-federal-contractors-idUKL1N2SS21A\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">told<\/a> reporters Tuesday. Stan Baker, in Augusta, Georgia, issued a stay to bar enforcement of the mandate nationwide.<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 The Associated Press (@AP) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/AP\/status\/1468297974258278410?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">December 7, 2021<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The first partial stay of Biden\u2019s mandate came Nov. 29 from U.S. District Judge Matthew Schelp of Missouri, who issued a temporary injunction on enforcement while the larger question of the mandate\u2019s legality was litigated. That injunction <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/11\/29\/judge-matthew-schelp-vaccine-mandate-biden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">impacted 10 states<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>U.S. District Judge Terry Doughty of Louisiana expanded that injunction the following day. The pair of decisions <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/11\/30\/louisiana-court-blocks-cms-mandate-nationwide\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">objected to enforcement<\/a> through the federal Centers for Medicare and Medical Services (CMS). CMS sought to require more than 10.3 million of its affiliated healthcare workers across the country to receive two doses of COVID-19 over the course of two months.
