Lemon will have to testify under oath in the near future, but it\u2019s good to see that there\u2019s finally some accountability happening. \u2026 This is who they are. They\u2019re a predator-protecting machine, they slander and smear victims with impunity.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThey\u2019ve tried to grind me down; they\u2019ve attempted to intimidate witnesses in my case; they\u2019ve released confidential information about me in attempt to doxx me,\u201d Hice charged. \u201cThey are complicit. This is who they are.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Lemon\u2019s attorney, Caroline J. Polisi, told Fox News that Lemon wouldn\u2019t litigate the accusation against him through the media.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn response to Mr. Hice\u2019s baseless allegations, I encourage people to review the public filings, which show that Mr. Hice\u2019s claims have been steadily eroding when they have been exposed to the civil litigation process. Mr. Hice\u2019s fanciful and salacious allegations against Mr. Lemon have collapsed of their own weight,\u201d she said. \u201cUnlike Mr. Hice, Mr. Lemon has litigated, and will continue to litigate this case in the courtroom, not the press. We look forward to the approaching trial so he can finally put this case behind him.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to Fox News, Hice says he\u2019s looking for closure on his alleged encounter with Lemon.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHice maintains he is looking for closure and peace of mind after what he says is a horrific encounter that included Lemon allegedly putting his hand down the front of his [own] shorts, \u2018vigorously\u2019 rubbing his genitalia, and shoving the same hand into Hice\u2019s mustache area while asking a vulgar question,\u201d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/media\/don-lemon-accuser-predator-protecting-machine-some-accountability-cuomo\">Fox News<\/a> reported, adding, \u201cHice\u2019s lawsuit filed Aug.&nbsp;11, 2019, in Suffolk County Court alleged Lemon \u2018intensely pushed his fingers against Plaintiff\u2019s face under Plaintiff\u2019s nose, forcing Plaintiff\u2019s head thrust backward as Defendant repeatedly asked Plaintiff, \u2018Do you like p****or d***?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Hice has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/media\/cnn-don-lemon-assault-accuser-metoo\">stated<\/a>, \u201cThey painted me as trying to extort $1.5 million from him but they never mentioned that he offered many times over six figures to settle. He tried to make payments on that and I said, \u2018No thank you.\u2019 I think that when he went to CNN and [denied the accusations], he probably failed to mention that he offered me well over six figures in the settlement process.\u201d He continued, \u201cThe media has labeled me as an \u2018accuser,\u2019 as opposed to a \u2018victim,\u2019 just because I\u2019m a male. I\u2019ve been struggling, but there is a lot of people that have gone through a lot worse things than somebody rubbing their genitals and putting it in your face, as disgusting and vile as that is.
