(Anna Moneymaker\/Getty Images)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>The rule would have required employers with 100 or more employees to either mandate the vaccine for all employees or require negative weekly testing and mask-wearing. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/12\/03\/joe-manchin-biden-vaccine-mandate-mike-braun-west-virginia-indiana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(RELATED: Manchin Comes Out Against Biden\u2019s Vaccine Mandate For Large Companies)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Biden\u2019s vaccine mandate for healthcare workers has also faced <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/11\/16\/12-states-sue-biden-administration-vaccine-mandate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">legal troubles<\/a>, with two judges ruling against the mandate. Missouri-based U.S. District Judge Matthew Schelp <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/11\/29\/judge-matthew-schelp-vaccine-mandate-biden\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">granted an injunction<\/a> for the vaccine mandate for healthcare workers in November, ruling there was a detrimental impact of losing qualified healthcare workers due to the mandate.
