It was initiated at the beginning of COVID to try and create a little extra space in the jails, and we still have it going on.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B1\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<figure id=\"gmxrevmore\" class=\"H\"><\/figure>\n<p>He added, \u201cSo, it\u2019s not everyone. There are defined crimes. There are certain crimes that bail still applies.
