We\u2019re not talking about actual help. You have to be afraid to talk about comorbidities. Why? That\u2019s absolute insanity. If we want to help people, we need to be talking about supplements. We need to be talking about the food, not eating garbage food. We need to be talking about exercise.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She continued, \u201cYou do have some control, and once again \u2014 here\u2019s the theme of self-empowerment \u2014 you do have some control over the body that encounters those things. So I wanted to empower people&nbsp; \u2013 including my child \u2013 don\u2019t feel powerless, don\u2019t feel like, \u2018Oh my gosh, I\u2019m at the mercy of this virus.&#8217;\u201d<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>Many ostensible health experts do not address exercise and nutrition in the context of COVID-9 analysis, Bila observed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAny health \u2018expert\u2019 \u2014 I use that in quotes \u2014 who\u2019s talking about a pandemic but not talking about actual health measures, I completely dismiss,\u201d she stated.&nbsp; \u201cThey\u2019re absolutely garbage, because this doesn\u2019t begin and end with a vaccination, You need to also be taking care of your body in many ways, and if you\u2019re afraid to offend people because someone might feel like they\u2019re overweight, you\u2019re not helping anyone. You\u2019re really not helping anyone by not getting them proper information to better their chances and augment their bodies.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Bila highlighted how advocates of government-decreed vaccine mandates ignore natural immunity among those who have recovered from COVID-19. Advocates of a one-size-fits-all universal vaccination operation similarly overlook individual medical idiosyncrasies, she observed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere are also a lot of people around the country who already had the virus \u2014 I myself had it about 20 months ago \u2014 and they have immunity that\u2019s verifiable,\u201d she said. \u201cMy immunity is robust. My own physicians that I consulted with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/clips\/2021\/11\/16\/watch-jedediah-bila-shut-down-on-abc-for-being-unvaccinated-youve-been-at-fox-tv-too-long\/\">said<\/a>, \u2018Because of your medical history, this vaccine is not for you.
