He continued:<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B3\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<blockquote readability=\"9\">\n<p>The original Step One [in the partnership] was just complicity and opening the border. Step Two was flying or putting the [delivered migrants] on planes and buses to reconnect with their families already here. And now, Step Three through this [funding] in the C.R. is to fund the reckless border policies of the Biden ministration.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The federal spending is the mirror image of the cartels\u2019 lucrative payment system for delivering migrants from South and Central America to U.S. border agents, he said. \u201cIt\u2019s the [government\u2019s nationwide] distribution [of the delivered migrants] and the enrichment of the groups that advocate and support these policies,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe friends of the Biden administration are basically going to be paid off for their role in the whole scene,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"D-ROS-B2\" class=\"a8d\"><\/figure>\n<p>The federal spending is being used to help extract more poor workers and consumers from Central America for use as workers, renters, and consumers in the U.S. economy.<\/p>\n<p>This economic policy of extraction migration is strongly backed by business groups and by groups representing education and welfare workers. Few reporters want to notice&nbsp;the resulting economic damage done to Americans and to the migrants\u2019 home countries.<\/p>\n<p>The covert labor-smuggling policy is widely recognized in Washington \u2014 but is not named by establishment media outlets.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"M-ROS-B4\" class=\"a8d adSo\"><\/figure>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re complicit as a nation in human trafficking,\u201d Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC)<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2021\/03\/26\/lindsey-graham-joe-biden-is-complicit-with-child-traffickers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> said<\/a> at a March 26 press conference in Texas with 17 other GOP Senators. \u201cThere\u2019s a trail on our side of the border with markers placed by the federal government to show illegal immigrants where to go\u2026 We\u2019re transporting people \u2014 who pay [coyotes] to get here \u2014 the last mile with your taxpayer dollar.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHonestly, I think almost everyone in the system knows that most of the [migrant] teens are coming to work and send money back home,\u201d Maria Woltjen, executive director and founder of the Young Center for Immigrant Children\u2019s Rights,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2021\/01\/10\/critics-joe-biden-is-restarting-hunger-games-migration-policy\/\">told<\/a>&nbsp;a ProPublica reporter. \u201cThey want to help their parents,\u201d she&nbsp;said&nbsp;in a November 2020 article.<\/p>\n<p>A recent murder in Florida exposed one corner of the government\u2019s tacit cooperation with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/11\/20\/illegal-alien-indicted-for-allegedly-murdering-father-of-four-in-florida\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">labor traffickers<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote readability=\"19.020715630885\">\n<p>On November 18, a grand jury&nbsp;<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sao4th.com\/grand-jury-nov18\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">indicted<\/a>&nbsp;24-year-old Yery Noel Medina Ulloa, an illegal alien from Honduras, on first-degree murder charges for the killing of 46-year-old Francisco Javier Cuellar, a father of four children.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, Ulloa is facing tampering with evidence charges.<\/p>\n<p>As Breitbart News&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/crime\/2021\/11\/04\/illegal-alien-minor-murder-florida\/\">initially reported<\/a>,&nbsp;Ulloa initially came to the United States-Mexico border months ago, posing as an Unaccompanied Alien Child (UAC) named \u201cReynel Alexander Hernandez\u201d in the hopes of being released into the U.S. interior.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<div id=\"attachment_18407530\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\" readability=\"33\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-18407530\" src=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Del-Rio-Aprehensions.jpg\" alt=\"Agents apprehend a large group of migrants who illegally crossed the border from Mexico into Texas. (Photo: U.S. Border Patrol\/Del Rio Sector)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Bloomberg <a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/about.bgov.com\/news\/trafficking-probe-falls-short-amid-failure-to-find-migrant-teens\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener external\">reported<\/a>&nbsp;in November about evidence that many trafficked youths were part of a farm-labor trafficking operation in Alabama:<\/p>\n<blockquote readability=\"21\">\n<p>At least three agencies looked into reports of potential trafficking or exploitation of unaccompanied migrant children in Enterprise, Ala., and couldn\u2019t substantiate those claims, according to two people familiar with the investigation.<\/p>\n<p>\u2026<\/p>\n<p>The Health and Human Services [HHS], Homeland Security [DHS], and Labor departments investigated the Enterprise situation but couldn\u2019t track down most of the minors who were placed with sponsors there, according to the people familiar with the investigation. It\u2019s not uncommon for federal officials to lose contact with unaccompanied children after their release from government custody.<\/p>\n<p>The dead-end in the Enterprise case highlights apparent gaps in the federal system designed to care for children who cross the border without a parent.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Much labor trafficking is often hidden behind legal visa-worker programs, such as the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/11\/26\/doj-modern-day-slavery-scheme-run-by-illegal-aliens-trafficked-foreign-visa-workers-to-georgia-farms\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> H-2A farm worker<\/a> program and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/11\/23\/lawsuit-spotlights-anti-american-corruption-in-h-1b-outsourcing-program\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">H-1B white-collar<\/a> visa program.<\/p>\n<p>Labor migration is&nbsp;deeply&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/tag\/immigration-poll\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">unpopular<\/a>&nbsp;because it damages ordinary Americans\u2019&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/immigration\/2021\/03\/12\/bloomberg-opts-h1bs-take-two-three-new-tech-jobs-each-year\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">career<\/a>&nbsp;opportunities, cuts their&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2021\/04\/08\/elite-academics-hide-amnesty-wage-pain-americans\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">wages<\/a>, and raises their&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/06\/16\/new-yorks-mayoral-rivals-vow-cheap-housing-plus-more-migrants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">rents<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Migration also curbs Americans\u2019&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/economy\/2020\/07\/11\/president-trump-wins-big-on-secret-meatpacking-robots\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">productivity<\/a>, shrinks their political&nbsp;<a class=\"x5l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?q=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.breitbart.com+%22john+binder%22+%22demographic+change%22&amp;rlz=1C5CHFA_enUS946US946&amp;oq=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.breitbart.com+%22john+binder%22+%22demographic+change%22&amp;aqs=chrome..69i57j69i58.10228j0j4&amp;sourceid=chrome&amp;ie=UTF-8\" href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/politics\/2021\/11\/01\/survey-elite-imposed-migration-is-transforming-national-politics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">radicalizes<\/a>&nbsp;their democratic, compromise-promoting civic&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/search\/?s=%22white+supremacy%22#gsc.tab=0&amp;gsc.q=%22white%20supremacy%22&amp;gsc.page=1\" target=\"_blank\"
