His remarks came after he met with world class scientists and health bureaucrats behind closed doors.<\/p>\n<p>Biden\u2019s latest COVID-19 plan includes building family vaccination centers, pushing booster shots and apparently lots of phone calls to Americans. After having trouble naming CVS Pharmacy, Biden then falsely claimed rapid COVID-19 home tests weren\u2019t on the market before he took office.<\/p>\n<p>Biden has developed a reputation for rocky press conferences with false statements and abrupt endings, which has prompted conservative critics like Sen. James Risch (R-Idaho) to question who is really calling the shots. Meanwhile, Biden made a joke about Dr. Anthony Fauci being commander-in-chief.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">\u201cWho&#8217;s President? Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) pointed out Dr. Fauci does seem to have complete authority over Biden.
