I didn\u2019t pull the trigger,\u201d actor John Schneider released a blistering video in which he blasted Stephanopoulos and Baldwin, saying that Baldwin\u2019s crying on camera was \u201cbull****\u201d and adding, \u201cGeorge Stephanopoulos is the poster boy for leftist propaganda.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Schneider started by asserting, \u201cFirst of all, George Stephanopoulos is the poster boy for leftist propaganda, so why in the world anyone in the world would look at an interview with George as being anything enlightening or having a modicum of truth I don\u2019t know. \u2026 This journalist has walked the party line since he showed up at the party\u2019s front door.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Schneider then began reviewing the interview itself:<\/p>\n<p><em>So, it says here, \u201cSat down Tuesday .. . it was raw, it was intense.\u201d This is all designed to make us feel sorry for Alec Baldwin. Especially this: \u201cAs you can imagine,\u201d Stephanopoulos said, \u201che is devastated. But he was also very candid; he was very forthcoming; he answered every question; he talked about Halyna\u2026 he went into detail, and I have to tell you, I was surprised in many places over the course of that hour and twenty minutes we sat down yesterday.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is investigative journalism, okay?\u201d Schneider mocked. &nbsp;\u201cEven now I find it hard to believe; it just doesn\u2019t seem real to me,\u2019 this is what Alec said, okay,\u201d he continued, pretending to tear up, adding, \u201cIt was teary eyed; it affected him so much,\u201d as his face convincingly contorted in tears.<\/p>\n<p>But that was only acting, as Schneider immediately resumed a serious face, saying. \u201cIt\u2019s bull****\u2026. Yeah. Teary-eyed.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe trigger wasn\u2019t pulled; I didn\u2019t pull the trigger, \u201d Schneider quoted Baldwin saying. \u201cThis is what we are being told right now. Stephanopoulos says, \u2018So, you never pulled the trigger?\u2019 to which Baldwin replies, \u2018No, no, no, I would never point a gun at anyone and pull a trigger at them. Never.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Schneider referenced Stephanopoulos asking Baldwin if this was the worst thing that had ever happened to him. Schneider contorted his face in tears, imitating Baldwin again, saying, \u201cYes, cause I think back \u2026 and I think \u2013\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Schneider\u2019s face resumed its seriousness: \u201c \u2014what could I have done.\u201d He then quoted from the article about the Stephanopoulos interview as it described the events of the tragedy: \u201cAs Baldwin then practiced drawing and firing the weapon, a bullet discharged injuring director Joel Souza and killing Hutchins.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSo what is it, George?\u201d Schneider pointedly said. \u201cAre we to believe that a gun went off by itself? Are we to believe that someone didn\u2019t pull a trigger? Are we to believe that somehow, magically, on the first part of your teary-eyed nonsensical \u2018journalism\u2019 that we believe that Alec didn\u2019t pull the trigger and then, what, three paragraphs later, it\u2019s described how he did in fact pull the trigger? And no one calls attention to that? Seriously? No one calls attention to that?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis is a wonderful business we all work in; we are honored and privileged to be part of it,\u201d Schneider asserted. \u201cSo when someone takes a crap, which obviously George and Alec have done here, and obviously this woman is still deceased; her family is still without a mother, without a wife; this is absurd.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are now starting to see the propaganda machine \u2026 so we\u2019re to believe that this man is a victim,\u201d Schneider posited. \u201cThree weeks ago, it was a prop gun. Four weeks ago, nobody knew how in the world this real weapon was loaded on the set. And today, he didn\u2019t pull the trigger.
