At one point during an exchange, Ateba states, \u201cYou are saying something that is false,\u201d in regard to the White House\u2019s travel restrictions on countries in Africa, including South Africa. <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/11\/26\/joe-biden-travel-restrictions-south-africa-coronavirus-variant-omicron\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">(RELATED: Biden Announces New Travel Restrictions From South Africa, Seven Other Countries Due To New COVID Variant)<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cSimon, I answered a question on this. Let\u2019s let Patsy ask a question.\u201d Psaki said.<\/p>\n<p>Ateba continued to interject, and Psaki continued, \u201cIt\u2019s not effective to scream over your colleagues in here.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>WATCH:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"LIVE: White House press secretary Jen Psaki holds a briefing with reporters \u2014 12\/2\/2021\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/2aUdjD4owEc?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/p>\n<p>Ateba was not called on by Psaki for the duration of the briefing, according to the <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2021\/12\/02\/psaki-accused-by-reporter-of-lying-about-omicron-travel-restrictions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">New York Post<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Psaki had a previous interaction with Ateba on Wednesday, as he tried questioning White House chief medical adviser <a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2021\/12\/01\/doocy-fauci-americans-covid-illegal-immigrants\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Dr. Anthony Fauci<\/a> about travel restrictions for 8 countries when only two of them had reported cases of the COVID-19 variant Omicron.
